User Eligibility

A user must be 18 years or above to access the content or services through our website. When you accept our “Terms of Use” to use our services, you warrant that you are 18 and above and will adhere to all the applicable laws, regulations and policies that are in strict practice to maintain the product’s credibility.

Rights and Responsibilities of the User

Rights

• User can request services according to their business needs as customized services are provided for background verification and the same can be communicated through email detailing their requests.
• User can withdraw their request which must be done before we initiate the process and the same can be communicated through email.
• In the case of a User subscribed to our promotional content in the form of newsletters, e- books or magazines, can unsubscribe from them anytime without any prior communication.

Responsibilities

• Any data or information submitted by the user through our website or communicated in the form of email through Excel sheets, Documents or PDF files or in any other format take full responsibility of them and cannot cause any modification or alteration issues once submitted.
• A User submitting data or information to us must ensure it is free from any kind of viruses or malware that might affect our product or services.

• The company auto-renews a user’s subscription plan if they don’t discontinue/cancel from the current subscription plan and in such cases, no refund will be given.
• The Company has the right to limit or discontinue its services if it feels a client or a party is misguiding or misusing its platform, affecting its credibility, name and fame.
• The Company shall halt the services if any suspicion arises (breaching the “Terms of Use”) and will start, once the suspicion is cleared.

Responsibilities

Our Representation and Warranty

Account Suspension and Termination

• Our work in the form of Software or Content on our Site is licensed and protected by copyright laws and Users or others cannot engage in the distribution of the same or copying it without getting any written consent from us or getting the license to do so.
• Users or others cannot use our registered or unregistered content in the form of Product and Service names, Logos or other trademarks. However, they can use them if they want to identify as a User of our Services deemed under this agreement.
• In case, the Company uses Third-party software for the development of the site, the ownership, interest and title belong to the company that provides us the third-party software. In such cases, Users have only limited rights to access the software and no other rights or interests prevail in such third-party software.
• Users must agree to not claim ownership or represent the product/services/content/intellectual property that belongs to the company under any circumstances.

Indemnity
