Pre-Verification Analysis

An Investigator is assigned who checks and reviews the documents and prepares for on-site verification.

Physical Visit and Inspection

The Investigator visits the location and conducts on-site checks and interviews to cross-check and verify the data/information submitted.

Collects Evidence

He collects photographic evidence tagged with geographical location and statements from neighbours, local authorities or colleagues for further clarification and additional confirmation.

Report Submission and Client Review

The final report is generated, recording the verified details, evidence (photographs and statements) and any discrepancies or red flags found during the investigation.

How long does a Field Verification take?
Since Field Verification requires a physical visit and the availability of the concerned individual/organization officials and further investigation of the third parties, it requires 2 to 3 business days to complete an FV. The report generation/submission may take another 1 or 2 business days to properly structure/present it.

If an individual/organization’s officials are unavailable for a Field Verification, a reattempt will be made. But if the unavailability continues and any discrepancies are found, the report may be flagged or result in unverification.
